All items are carefully selected and researched and, we make every effort to accurately describe the items shown. If an item fails to match its description, we shall happily refund the purchaser in full (minus postage costs) provided we are advised within 48 hours of receipt of the purchase and the item is returned to us in the same condition in which it was sent.

We ship items worldwide. Depending on the destination area we use the following shipping services:

Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery where appropriate.
Airsure Royal Mail for small packages.
FEDEX for all US bound parcels.
UPS for all european destinations.

Transit insurance is quoted separately on request.

We are very experienced packers and always ensure all our consignments are adequately protected for their journey before leaving our premises.

Purchased goods will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving cleared funds.
